Your embrace comes through all of you. In this lesson you'll explore connections between your shoulder blades, spine, ribs, neck, head and arms to allow you to embrace more fully and sensitively. You physically connect with your partner through your upper body so awareness of this whole area, and how it relates to your feet, is key to the quality of your embrace - and therefore your dance.

Cost:

* FREE if you have registered for the class and hold a full festival pass

* $15 cash per class if you have registered for the class but don't hold a full festival pass

* $20 cash per class if you have not registered for the class.

Mats are provided; please wear warm comfortable clothing for ease of movement, and possibly layers to adjust to the temperature in the room.
