CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE
Non-workshop changes* or cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your booked event incur a $50 admin fee, with the balance of payment received being refunded.
Non-workshop changes or cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your booked event will be accepted at the discretion of festival management, and where accepted 50% of payment received will be refunded.
Cancellations within 4 weeks of the commencement of your booked event will not be refunded. Bookings are transferrable to another person unless otherwise stated.
All ticket prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your order has been placed, you can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
RESCHEDULE OR CHANGES TO LISTED VENUES
In the unlikely event that a time and/or venue change occurs, you will be notified provided you have subscribed to receive email notifications from the New Zealand Tango Festival. Any changes will also be updated on the festival website.
This is a free service. The service and frequency will be subject to availability of shuttles and drivers. The New Zealand Tango Festival Charitable Trust cannot be held accountable for losses due to the shuttle service.
By registering for the Festival you give permission for your email to be added to our database - any information provided will only be used for the purposes of the NZ Tango Festival and the individual's participation in that and future festivals. Your information will not be sold or distributed to other parties (with the exception of beginner registrations - your details will be passed on to the local teachers you learnt from at the festival).
Payment options include electronic bank transfer, and payment by Mastercard or Visa. Credit card payment transactions are handled by the DPS online card payment services, and any payment by credit card will be automatically redirected to DPS. Please note the terms and conditions of the use of the DPS service. All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.
The New Zealand Tango Festival is located and run in New Zealand, and trades as The NZ Tango Festival Charitable Trust.
CHANGES TO CONDITIONS
The New Zealand Tango Festival reserves the right to revise or amend these conditions of purchase without notice.
*You may request changes to the workshops you have booked for by emailing us. You can make changes to your workshops once for free. After this there is a $20 administration charge per set of changes. Note: If there has been a change in the workshop programme you will not be charged to adjust your replacement choice. Changes to workshops during the festival weekend will incur a $5 administration fee at the registration desk.
